With 36 years of experience in architecture, engineering and project management for commercial and residential design, Tim now specializes in Sustainable Design and Rehab. A BSME graduate of the University of Missouri at Rolla, he practiced for several years as a consulting mechanical engineer, plant engineer and solar designer during the mid 1970s in Colorado, returning to St. Louis in 1979 to pursue his Masters of Architecture at Washington University. He is a registered architect in several states.

Currently, Tim serves on the board of the U.S. Green Building Council-Missouri Gateway Chapter and has received numerous awards and recognition for sustainable design, including USGBC’s LEED Platinum for the Wm. Kerr Foundation in St. Louis. Recently, he was also selected for St. Louis Magazine’s “A-List” (July 2009).
