The former Renard Paper Co. warehouse and distribution building in Forest Park Southeast (the “Grove”) has recently been converted into a new brewery for Urban Chestnut Brewing Company (UCBC).
This project, which is pursuing LEED certification, will give UCBC the largest footprint of any craft brewer in St. Louis. The adaptive reuse of the building will transform the existing space- reopening bricked over windows, opening up the middle of the building, and making significant improvements to the building’s exterior.
