Missouri Botanical Garden’s Monsanto Center recently achieved LEED Silver Certification under the LEED Existing Buildings Operations & Maintenance Rating System. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch ran an article today (July 9, 2010) highlighting the building’s green features – including upgrades that reduced annual utility bills by $100,000!
