We raise scholarship funds through our Annual ECORIDE, a fun and recreational bike ride and walk.
At the 2012 ride, we raised $4,000 with the help of sponsors and riders, which will support our 2013 scholarships. At the 2011 ride, we raised $3,000 which allowed us to provide two full and one partial scholarship to Greening the Heartland in Indianapolis, IN May 16 – 18, 2012. One scholarship recipient said, “I can honestly say that my experience at the Conference was amazing-it was such a great opportunity to learn so much about sustainability and meet some really interesting and knowledgeable people along the way!”
You can make a donation anytime of the year to support the USGBC-Missouri Gateway Chapter Scholarship Fund!
