From concept to certification and everything in between, Nick is often referred to as the ‘LEED guy’ by his colleagues. He regularly delivers presentations on the LEED New Construction rating system for clients, colleagues, schools and trade organizations. In addition, he has participated in two subject-matter groups formed for GBCI test development. To date, his experience covers more than 20 LEED registered and 10 LEED certified commercial projects, including one Platinum project. Nick also volunteers for the LEED Development Committee of St. Louis Chapter of Habitat for Humanity – home to 27 new LEED Platinum homes and counting.
