Cristina represents clients in a wide variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development leasing, zoning and land use as well as negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, office, medical, industrial, and retail leases, subdivision indentures, and loan and security instruments.

With a law degree from the St. Louis University School of Law and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Iowa, Cristina is actively involved with USGBC-Missouri GatewaY as Chair of the Emerging Green Builder Committee and Chair of the 2010 Growing Green Awards Committee.
