Michael Zatz is the manager of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR® Commercial Buildings Program. Mr. Zatz will present an overview of ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, an online, interactive energy management tool that allows users to measure and track their building’s energy and water consumptions, identify investment priorities, and verify performance over time. Mr. Zatz will also discuss the many benefits of energy and water benchmarking.
