Board of Directors – Draft
Our leadership consists of a Board of Directors and a Leadership Circle. The Board consists of officers, at-large members, advisors and focuses on strategic policy for the Chapter. The Leadership Circle consists of committee chairs and one additional representative from each committee and focuses on operational issues and oversees committee work. The two circles are “double-linked” by the Executive Director and an elected representative from the Leadership Circle who serve on both the Leadership Circle and the Board. This is considered a Dynamic Governance structure, which is meant to improve communications, policy-making, transparency and member involvement across the organization.
