In partnership with St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers

Over the last 3 years, a group of 11 partner organizations has been working together to produce OneSTL, a regional plan for sustainable de- velopment. In addition to the project partners, more than 50 organizations, 200 committee members, and 2,000 public meeting attendees con- tributed to the plan. The result is a plan regional in breadth and truly comprehensive in scope. Implementation of OneSTL isn’t just for one group or agency. The intent is for anyone to be able to use the plan based on local conditions and to get involved with strategies or initiatives that line up with their interests and priorities. This seminar will provide an overview of the OneSTL plan, the Resources available as part of the plan, and the activities set to get under way in 2014.

  • How will the plan be implemented?
  • How will the plan impact increasing energy diversity & efficiency?
  • How will the plan impact economic development including redevelopment and reuse of existing land and buildings?
  • What’s the role for improving site specific green infrastructure?
