The 11th Annual LEED Green Building Showcase features presentations on three local projects that are pursuing or have recently achieved LEED certification:

The Lofts of Washington University is a mixed-use development under construction in the Delmar Loop. When finished, it will house 550-600 residents and 22,000 sq ft of new retail space; this project is pursing LEED Platinum Certification.

Dancing Rabbit Eco-village’s Green Community Center is in the design phase and features a straw bale interior and passive design. The Green Community Center is pursing both LEED Platinum and Living Building Challenge Certifications.

@4240 in the Cortex Development is built for flexible tenant solutions including customized labs for both large and small molecule research, dry labs for electronic, medical device or IT or software research, and modern office space. A Certified LEED Platinum building, @4240 is surrounded by what employees want most including walking distance to green spaces, cafes, and living areas.
