Lunch ‘n LEED: October 24

Understanding the Operations & Maintenance LEED v4 Rating System: Introduction, Location + Transportation and Sustainable Sites

Click here to view a list of attendees (PDF)

Gain essential knowledge for successful implementation of the LEED v4 Operations & Maintenance rating systems.  Topics include credit intents, key elements, requirements, strategies, referenced standards and synergies of the rating systems, as well as foundations of the LEED certification process.

Explore two credit categories: 1) Location and Transportation, which focuses on the actual transportation patterns of building occupants and takes a single, performance-based approach to evaluating a building’s transportation characteristics; and 2) the Sustainable Sites credits which focus on the environment surrounding the building and the vital relationships between buildings, ecosystems, and ecosystem services. This session also includes an overview of the innovation and regional priority credits, recertification, and the establishment and performance requirements.

This is an in-person, group viewing at the location specified below.  Lunch will not be provided, rather we encourage attendees to bring their own brown bag lunch to enjoy during the webinar viewing.
