Lunch ‘n LEED: Establishing a Culture of Performance: Part I – Establishment

Explore the establishment requirements of the LEED for Existing Buildings: O+M rating system.  Our subject matter experts will discuss how to assess your project’s physical assets and create policies and plans that will set a project up for success.  By first understanding foundational and static establishment requirements, teams can ensure their approach is most effective before entering the performance period.  This session is aimed at both new construction and existing buildings project teams.
